Too Much Family Feasting This Holiday?

“Just hear those sleigh bells jingle-ing, ring-ting tingle-ing toooo. Come on, it’s lovely weather for a sleigh ride together with youuuuuu!”

One of my favorite parts of the holidays, besides the music of course, are all the parties! It is so fun to be around friends and family to play games, exchange gifts, celebrate and eat delicious food! FOOD. Lots of holiday FOOD. Food hording can happen!

But, when we get home from those parties, what is the one thing that we usually regret?

Tame your Tummy After Holiday Feasting

“I shouldn’t have eaten that last cookie!”

“That last slice of pie put me over the edge!”

“That turkey was delicious, but I shouldn’t have had the 2nd serving!”

“I am glad I didn’t go back for more potatoes!”

“My stomach feels like it is going to explode.”

Instead of running to the bathroom to grab that chalk tab to “help” your tummy……you should try something different!

It is all natural and made from peppermint, caraway, anise, tarragon, coriander, fennel and ginger!

It is called DigestZen and it is amazeballs!

It actually can help to naturally aid the body in the digestion of food and help with discomfort of stomach upset!

We use DigestZen several ways – in a soft gel capsule, applied topically on the belly and down the hatch with water! It even is great for our toddler!

So, go head and have that extra cookie!

If you find yourself with a full gut this holiday, what are you going to reach for?
